Day 1 – Nalemoru Gate to Simba Camp

Day 2 – Simba Camp to Second Cave Camp

  • Reach Gilman’s Point at sunrise

Day 7 – Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate

  • Altitude : 3,720 m → 1,870 m
  • Climate : Warm rainforest

  • Final descent through moorland and forest
  • Collect summit certificates
  • Transfer to Moshi or Arusha hotel or flight to Zanzibar
